Anna-Mari Sargsyan received her education at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics, after which she taught in the university's master's program.
Simultaneously worked with:
  • Bayer, a German corporation, at BBDO
  • Unilever at IPGMediaBrands, leading the strategy for brands such as Calve, Baltimor, Omo, and others in the Russian market
  • As Innovation Manager at IPGMediaBrands.
In 2020, she returned to Armenia and founded BSMI - the country’s first marketing school with the goal of sharing her experience and knowledge with young professionals.

In 2021, she established Gate21 Marketing Agency alongside BSMI, which carries out projects for major local and international brands.
